PRIVATE AND GROUP PILATES

IN PERSON PRIVATE TRAINING

Privates Pilates sessions, or “Privates”, are 55-minute, one-on-one training sessions designed to go at your pace and current skill level. The exercises are tailored directly for you to address your personal needs.

Ongoing private training will greatly accelerate your skill level, understanding of the form, and will help you achieve your fitness goals in the way that suits you the best.

**My focus is on my “Zoom” clients. While I do offer extremely limited in-person training now, it is only in Wyoming and a few times a year in the Bay Area.**

It’s quick and easy to get going. Please see the WOFH page for more information.

IN PERSON GROUP CLASSES

Pilates group classes can be a great method of training, where appropriate. They are best suited towards students who are familiar with the basic principles and at least the Fundamental Pilates technique and exercises. Classes tend to not be appropriate for students currently in need of a lot of individual attention.

Many of my clients will chose to train privately a few times a week, and supplement their private training with additional classes, particularly where cost for privates training is prohibitive.

Regardless of your goal to participate in classes, it is highly recommended that everyone start with a minimum of 3 private, individual sessions before looking into classes.  Please feel free to inquire with me to see what the best option is for you!

**ALL IN PERSON BAY AREA CLASSES ARE ON HOLD. Contact for Info about classes in Wyoming.**

Please contact me if you are interested in online classes, as I may begin to offer them again soon. What is listed below is for informational purposes only.**

I offer a specialized class called Strong Spine Reformer (formerly Neutral Spine), which was developed by Julie Schottland-Cox, MSPT for individuals with injuries, particularly those suffering from spine issues. The class is taught primarily in “neutral” spine and “neutral” pelvis. PDF Flyer: Strong-spine-reformer
